What is sleep and rest coaching for women?

I take a holistic and personalized approach to get to the root cause of your sleep, rest and energy issues and we will work with your doctor and healthcare professionals and practitioners to support you in achieving your unique long-term sleep solution. In each session, we will explore your relationship to your sleep, your rest and your energy. We will dive into your daytime patterns from waking up to falling asleep and optimize them in new ways.
We will also explore your nighttime patterns from falling asleep to your final waking in the morning. We will learn more about how you function in the nighttime and find all the patterns and perspectives that are hindering your deepest sleep.
 The understanding of YOU that we will acquire through this process will assist us in creating the most authentic and easy ways for you to implement new rituals and routines to reach your desired results of feeling rested, rejuvenated and restored everyday.
