I’m so happy you’re here! 

 
I became a sleep and rest coach eight years ago to support women like you and me to overcome sleep challenges, achieve deep rest and reclaim a calm, confident and connected life.
 
I also am a sleep and rest instructor and yoga nidra guide in the &You Education postpartum recovery courses.

My unique sleep and rest coaching method is based on three simple principles:

Rest rituals

Daytime rest is the foundation for sound sleep.
Together we will craft your personalized rest regimen so that it fits easily and efficiently into YOUR schedule so your life will be steeped with the pillars of sound sleep. We will also explore any resistance to rest that you may carry with you. 
You will remember how to rest in ways that support your daytime and nighttime cycles: not too much and not too little. The perfect proportion of rest is crucial to your optimal sleep. This will include your inner relationship to rest, your outer organization of rest in your life, diving into deep rest with yoga nidra meditation and more.

Sleep strategies

Nighttime sleep is the source of your daytime energy.
Together we will ignite your inner parent and your intuitive knowledge of YOUR sleep to create a new way of sleeping that you have never experienced before and that you can’t find on the internet or in a scientific paper. Sleep will become your North Star and you will have these skills for a lifetime of sound sleep. 
You will be surprised at how easily you will be able to fall asleep, stay asleep, fall back asleep in the middle of the night and stay asleep until your desired wake-up time, no matter which of these struggles you may currently be experiencing.

Energy empowerment

Energy awareness and allocation are the keystone to your extraordinary life.
Together we will explore and understand your inner and outer relationship to your energy and you will learn to engage with your energy in a completely new way. This will allow you more energetic stamina, more emotional stability and more effective decision-making throughout the day and night, which are all immeasurably important to your sound sleep. You will have the spaciousness you require and desire to enhance your sound sleep and expand your energy in exciting and extraordinary ways.

I can support you in this way because I’ve been there. I’ve experienced the struggles of deeply sleepless nights and exhausted days, both before becoming a mom and even more so after entering motherhood. 
 
I know how it feels to go from feeling exhausted to energized. Learning to sleep soundly and rest deeply after a lifetime of exhaustion have transformed me into a healthier and happier version of myself.
These skills have served me immensely through life’s myriad challenges,and I am so grateful to my past self for investing in getting better sleep and deeper rest so that I can function at my best every day.

I care a lot about you sleeping soundly and resting without resistance and I will put my heart into helping you secure your sound sleep and deep rest naturally and sustainably. It’s my honour and joy to help other women and moms on their sleep and rest journey achieve the freedom, radiance and energy that comes with better sleep and deeper rest.
