I’m Alex, Your Sleep and Rest Coach.

I’m so happy you’re here. I became a sleep and rest coach eight years ago to support women like you to overcome sleep challenges, achieve deep rest and reclaim a vibrant, energized life.
 
I’m a Certified Integrative Adult Sleep Coach, a Certified Transformational Sleep Yoga Nidra Teacher and a Certified Integration Nutrition Health Coach.
 
I can support you in this way because I’ve been there. I’ve experienced the struggles of deeply sleepless nights and exhausted days, both before becoming a mom and even more so after entering motherhood. My clients and I can confirm that what I teach works for all stages of motherhood and womanhood.
